BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 27, 2006--This week, IRETO (The International Real Estate Trade Organization) released its Global Commercial Real Estate Outlook Report.

== Commercial Loans and Business Loans ==

The report, which was authored by international real estate expert Bryan Shaffer, reviews major trends and looks at global economic trends that affect commercial real estate.

The top 5 trends noted in the report included:
1) Real estate financial markets will continue to be more structured & productive.

2) New capital will continue to flow into real estate, but at a slower pace.

3) Buyers will continue to expand outside local markets and around theglobe.

4) Increasing rents worldwide.

5) More REITS worldwide & less REITS in USA.

IRETO's Asian expert Alex Eidlin looked at the huge growth of REIT stocks in Asia during 2005.

IRETO has announced that it will hold a Global Real Estate Outlook breakfast at the IRETO office in Beverly Hills on February 16 and its China Real Estate Outlook on February 23rd. Both events will also be broadcast on the internet.

Shaffer stated in this issue, "We see 2006 as a different type of year for commercial real estate in that for most people and asset types it will be a good year. However, people will have to have a well structured strategy for acquisition and exit, because the simple process of buying an asset will not lead to price increases as we have seen in the last 4 years."

Shaffer, who spoke at over 20 conferences in 14 countries on international investment strategies in 2005, is bullish on China. "In 2006, I will start an Asia Opportunity Fund and help investors understand the outstanding opportunities in China."
