If you plan on getting a maid for your household, you need to know the typical salary that a maid makes. This allows you to have an idea as to how much you will be spending on your household maids on a monthly basis. If you plan to have a career as a maid however, you need to know how much you will be making. Therefore, how much do maids make?
The salary which is given to maids and house helpers vary from location to another. It may also depend on the skill of the one who would be employed. A maid who will concentrate in cleaning the house alone can be given a smaller salary, while the one who is willing to take on more tasks would be given a higher salary.
How much do maids make may also depend if they are going to be live-in maids or live-out maids. A live-in maid normally charges lower that a live-out maid.
You also need to remember that when you get a live-in maid, the salaries are lower, but you need to be able to provide for lodging like a room and a bath, utilities, and food. While live-out maids are more expensive, you need not worry about additional food and utilities expenses at home.
In California, maids can expect at least $ 50,000 salary per month, while in Texas, most of them only get paid monthly with the amount of $’,000 per month and up. In Asian countries, the salary is mostly lower than these amounts.
The salary of maids also increases after years of experience. If you wish to hire maids, you need to be familiar on how much do maids make, whether on a monthly or annual basis. You might also try consulting with a maid agency if you want to know more about maids’ salaries.

Many of the questions we’ve seen on the Interviewing message board have shown some of our readers difficulties to get a search started when somebody’s leave job or lose a job. But I thought that this thing is useful for us to start at the beginning.
One thing is very clear about the work culture of the new millennium is that nearly all work is now short term, frequently even careers themselves. You have to prepare for change whether it suits your style or not. If we mention the current statistics so we can see that almost all say that the average job is only about three to four years now, but if we talk about 15 years ago when the average tenure of the job was 10 years.
It is good to understand in advance that there will be emotional ups and down, most importantly during the first few days of you’re joining. This journey will include depression, apathy, denial, anger, and then some more anger. Everyone goes through this stage to one degree or another, and I don’t believe that why people don’t believe this.
It is not good to call immediately to everyone you know and start sending out resumes, answering ads, and calling recruiters. Because most of the times chances are like that you’re not mentally prepared for the immediately start a search after a separation. Don’t do a job search “on the rebound.” you’ll probably say things that you will wish you hadn’t. It is good to share your true feelings with your loved once – maybe a significant other and/or a friend would be quite enough. You don’t want everyone to avoid you (”Uh oh, here comes the whiner…”). Now’s the time to adopt the marketing stance that your career – no matter how you perceive the reality – has been sunshine, light, and success. And you want everyone to know about those
Calling to everyone you know is NOT networking. Networking is a indirect relationship building, quite a different thing.
Develop a target. Years ago, in my private practice, I was deluged with people announcing, “I want to be in TV.” I never knew what does that meant…. did it mean television repair? Developing a target is the centerpiece of beginning your search. What is the job function- specifically? What is the desired culture? Geographic location? Size of organization? Do you want to start your own business? Consult? Do you have Dot-com-Virus? This may all involve some extensive self-assessment, with or without outside assistance – but it’s necessary.
And then, of course, you need to research your target
Stick to the marketing plan and stick to that. Work the system; there are no shortcuts, except for the occasional bolt of lightning. If you are discipline and consistent this thing account for a lot in this process.
It is good to be flexible. If you’re really listening while developing those relationships, your target might shift and adjust.
If you are creating daily structures and devise techniques for stress improvement then it is good because its not a terrible thing to do something that you enjoy during this period, something that you couldn’t do while working full time.
If you are loosing a job or leaving a job it doesn’t mean the stigma it used to, except in your own mind. Its part of the culture now which everyone has to face one day.

Attending job fairs is always the best way to go about mastering them. Before going to any expo in town it is necessary for you to prepare yourself. Many job fairs have set of similar, basic elements or processes in which attention is required. The most important in this is distribution of your resume and your ability to network with companies employees on the spot.
Working for a company is not only about your computer skills such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Teamwork is an important aspect this aspect is closely observed by the recruiters at the job fairs; they definitely check your social skills.
As with resumes, you will want to research companies in advance to enhance your interaction with representatives. You want to be able to ask company-specific, intelligent questions and avoid sounding like you don’t know what you’re getting into. You can easily find company information by (1) finding official websites, (2) Googling the name of the company, or (3) linking from job-fair websites (such as www.jobconcierge.com’s job-fair page: http://www.jobconcierge.com/job-fairs) that you may have used to find the fair in the first place.
Once you have finished speaking with each company, you should not forget to pick up business cards before leaving. On the back of the business cards and immediately after each event (perhaps in your car or once you’ve arrived home), take notes about personal and professional details that you learned about each recruiter. It will be difficult to remember what you talked about after two or three days go by. You will want to use the cards and notes later for follow-up letters or name-referencing in future interviews. It is obvious that we are at the beginning of an economic recovery, with many positive signs from US companies and from abroad. While the recession may have ended officially this is likely to be a jobless recovery. In a jobless recovery profit always increases but companies are very much conservative and don’t hire back jobs that were cut down during the recession. Technology has allowed also for fewer workers because productivity increased.
Executives left with no exception because almost all the job categories have been hit in this recession. If you are one of those manager or executive who has lost her job – or if you are still hanging by your fingernail – you can contemplate your next career move during a jobless recovery because there are many things worth considering.
Stop being stubborn. It is good time to start increasing your search if you may not be able to get a job at companies that meet your career goals. Looking into similar industries, different locations and even the idea of switching career is a good option.
On the other side target those companies which you like, and want to stay on their radar. Because things changes, jobs open- be in a better position to get the job. Relocation may have to be a better option. For last many years, job seekers have been lucky enough to find jobs in their own hometown, but this idea has to change. It is good if you look elsewhere for jobs that meet your skill set and career goals. At worst, you can come back home when the situation improves. At best, you may enjoy your new job enough to stay.
Start looking for jobs in healthcare, education, government and the environment is a good option because it is expected that there is growth in these industries in the coming years due to a number of factors (i.e. healthcare reform, a push for new green jobs, turnover in government and the creation of new jobs in the industry, and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act that will pump money into education.)
Go back to school. This is not for everyone. Do not just decide that you want to be a lawyer and then go back to school to pursue this goal without doing the research, but if you ever want to change your career, or go to college or grad school, now may be the best time to do it.
It is good if you don’t shy from any volunteer work, internships and part-time and temp work. Because these route will keep you busy during a recession, but it will also help job seekers that they can add skills to their resumes, make contacts in the industry, and offer opportunities for full time work should openings become possible.
We are experiencing a jobless recovery now, but it does not mean that there are no jobs out there. Taping into your network and making the effort to get on front of the right people. The right referral could lead to a job.

Resume is not designed to get you a job. A resume can’t make you qualified for positions outside your area of expertise. When we compare between entry level or mid level resume executive resume’s tend to be longer (two or even three pages is the norm) or even a bit more detailed, and emphasize strategic contribution. The resume along with other documents should present a sharp, focused, cohesive picture of whom you are and why you are valuable.
1 Summary – a better option rather than an objective. Starting your resume with a summary instead of an objective is always a better option. The summary should talk about your strongest selling points which would make a reader to get interested in your resume. Make it a point to clearly express the sort of profile you are interested in through this summary of yours. Moreover, it should also speak about your career contributions.
2(c) Work History should be shown chronologically. While presenting your work profile in your resume it is always good to display it properly in a reverse chronological way or it may confuse the reader. This format way finds an easy acceptance by most of the employers when they try to go through the resumes. Moreover, even when trying to show any less-than-stellar experience of yours in your work profile, make it a point to include the job title, employer details and dates of employment. In case, you are not following these standards, the chances of your resume not making an impression and going through elimination become quite probable.
3 Your Resume should be more about that what you did instead what were your duties in the job. Rather than describing your scope of responsibility describe your achievements and contribution. Things you did to improve the revenue, profitability, productivity, customer satisfaction or contribution to other business objective. As an Executive it is better to be focus on strategic contribution rather than administrative task. By doing all this things be sure that you are communicating the big picture in your resume. Employers are pretty intelligent; they can make assumptions based on the job titles.
4(a) Your accomplishments will have even more impact if you present them in context or in relation to a specific challenge. Instead of writing that you have increased the revenue by 23 percent you should write that you reversed a five year declining revenue trend by focusing business development efforts in niche market. You achieved the profitability for the first time since 2002. You should make the reader to skim through the resume to pick the important information. Use of enhancement, bullets and indications make your information easy to absorb. It’s important to keep in mind that you don’t make any spelling, punctuation or grammatical error.

Ronky The Monster Of Lake Ronkonkoma New York
It was a Sunday in Summer of 2009 went I first saw Ronky with my own eyes. I had heard stories of Ronky here and there, They had come to me in Whispers really. The History of Ronky has been a well kept secret for Hundreds maybe Thousands of years. I had spent weeks watching this lake in Lake Ronkonkoma on Long Island in New York State. This day I was driving around going past one of the many Parks and Beaches around the lake. While I was going North on Lake Shore Road I saw something in the water out of the corner of my eye, but after weeks of watching this lake I thought it was just someone out on another blow up raft and didn’t really think much of it !
As I was passing the Dinning Hall “Windows on the Lake” there is an opening where Guests can get a good look at the lake. I looked over and I saw what I had though to be a raft a few seconds before was the creature. I though to myself this could just be another hoax! After years of searches and hunts leading to nothing but dead ends I was not going to get my hopes up to fast. I slowed down and watched as the Creature swam around the lake enjoying itself! I was a little scared but at the same time I could not stop myself from smiling thinking this was really it!
I drove around the lake following along with “Ronky” at some point I pulled into a parking lot and walked onto one of the beaches. I slowly got my Camera out fearing as soon as I went to take the picture the creature would disappear. I snapped a shot, checked it in the review mode of the Camera and I could not believe I had captured a perfect shot of the Creature that no one could dispute the authenticity of ! When I looked back at the Lake Ronky was gone.
Over the next few days I carefully started asking the locals in the area if they had ever seen something weird in the Lake? It seems that to everyone in Lake Ronkonkoma Ronky is well known. He is not a myth or urban legend here. He is just another Member of the Village! I have been told there are two Differences between Nessie in Scotland’s Loch ness and Ronky in New York’s Lake Ronkonkoma. One Ronky is real and Two Ronky is protected by the Locals and his name is not defiled for tourist money.
There are many stories of Ronky that go back Hundreds of years. The one I found most interesting was a story that happened about 15 years ago. It seems there was an expedition sent to look into and map the depths and some underwater streams under Lake Ronkonkoma. This expedition never happened. The Official Story given was the expedition ran out of Money and was going to come back when they got more funds. I was told by an old time resident that wishes her Identity to remain a secret that the real story is a group called the “Keepers of the Lake” told the expiation in no uncertain terms it would be in their best interested for them to leave and not come back!!!
The people of Lake Ronkonkoma have kept this Monster Ronky loved and Protected for many years! I respect and sympathize with them, but I have spent my adult life and most of my families fortune searching for a creature like Ronky. This is my job and I must share this with the world. I have received many threats not to print this story! I have posted it here to go out to these newsgroups if I do not reset the settings at least once a week. If you are reading this there is a good chance something has happen to me. Please do not let what I have spent my life hunting for go unheard of ! Ronky is there in that Lake!

Lawrence Jamison has been Hunting out Lake Monsters for years . Lawrence Jamison love the fact that the folks of Ronkonkoma have hidden Ronky rather then use him for Tourism

In this day and age everyone is rushing about to get the things done that they need to both inside the home and out, this can mean that some of the most important things are neglected due to lack of time and other reasons, . You can get hire West London window cleaners to take away some of the stress out of your cleaning regime, this service will be available to you when ever you wish, no matter how little or how often this may be.
Houses that have floors above ground level can be difficult as well as dangerous to get to without the proper training and equipment, this is something that West London window cleaners can help with, and they have the experience to get the job done efficiently and safely. There have been many accidents and fatalities from people trying to use ladders to clean their windows, which is why it is better to get a trained professional to help.
The sun that shines through your windows should brighten your enviroment, so if the window is covered in dirt, the suns rays will be reduced and this is important when it comes to the healthy benefits that the sun naturally provides us. Many of us also have plants in the house which help to raise the amount of clean oxygen within our homes but the plants cannot function properly and may even wilt and die if they are not taking in the amount of light they need. You are able to get these benefits without having to give up your own time; this is done by getting a window cleaner to do the job for you.
Just as it is important to keep the windows on your home looking as clean as possible, you should also do the same for your business as first impressions last. For example if you were to take your partner out to a restaurant and two stood side by side, one with clean windows, one with dirty serving exactly the same kind of food you would choose the one that is clean as you would feel it will reflect on the service and quality you are to receive inside the establishment. Anything being displayed in the windows can also be viewed more easily through a window that is clean.
Many people already benefit from the work West London window cleaners do. It is very important to keep on top of window cleaning, especially in an area such as London where the traffic volumes are higher than any other place in England, meaning that there are a lot more pollutants that can cling to the window and block out the natural sunlight. Let someone else take control while you get on with other things.
Hiring a window cleaner gives you not only the peace of mind when it coems to the safety aspect but also means that you will be able to get all the benefits from clean windows without actualy having to clean them yourself.

Right off the bat I am going to inform you that Legit Online Jobs is the “dream child” of Ross Williams. His claim is that he can demonstrate how to make as much as $1,000 per day performing work from home. I know this probably sounds wonderful to you in today’s uncertain economy but you probably are filled with doubts about the legitimacy of his system. Unfortunately, statistics have shown that a full 99% of work at home opportunities are either complete scams or worthless.
Since I believe there is no better way to learn something new than jumping in feet first, that is exactly what I did. I joined and paid an upfront fee. I was offered personal coaching which I declined. However, I think this is wonderful for someone who needs some assistance with getting their feet wet in online money making opportunities. If coaching is desired then you just fill out a short form and an associate will call you. At this point I proceeded to the member’s area to dive in.
At this point you have access to all Legit Online jobs. They are very good at updating this area and so all postings are current. There was a voluminous amount of info posted in the member’s area, and I found it astounding! There are a variety of ways to earn income and after exhausting that there is still a great deal of bonus information on wide ranging money making topics. This covers a myriad of ways to make money and get some cash into your hands readily. It is a lot to take in.
Well, I’m a no nonsense person so I just decided to dip my toes right in the water and get started. I made the decision to go with their main program which is the Ad Cash System. Supposedly, I can make decent money per day by submitting ads online. You receive training on the best way to guarantee yourself a good income by doing this. The training is quite comprehensive in nature and you can watch video demonstrations and clips to further assist you. Even if you are fairly new at this you will be able to understand the detailed instructions you are given.
The perpetual question… did Legit Online Jobs work for me? In the first week I earned back my fee with money to spare. Within a few weeks I was making several hundred daily. While not achieving the $500 per day mark, I’m certainly not dissatisfied with where I am and I know the potential is there for more if I just donate the drive.
To wrap this up, this is NO scam, but you aren’t going to become rich. However, with a good work ethic you can use this relatively maintenance free system to enable you to make a decent living income. It is unrealistic to catapult into the $500 per day realm initially so make your goals small and reasonable and keep extending the bar.
If you are looking daily for a way to make money and land Legit Online Jobs then follow this link and read about a program that can deliver!

You know, the themes of succeeding and success have been around as long as mankind. Current definitions have endured for at least three generations, namely for ourselves, for our parents, and for our grandparents. Three key points appear to emerge.
First of all, being successful means different things to different people and in different scenarios. Making a fortune is not the only definition. Success may be simply doing one’s best and making the most of one’s own abilities, whatever they may be.
It may be about making the most of your life. Not only for yourself, but also in terms of your impact on the lives of others. It may mean a combination of success in work life, family life, social life, and in life at various stages from birth through to maturity.
We are only blessed with a single life. Therefore, we need to look at life success in the broadest possible way. This means perceiving it in its totality, in which the work part of our lives, naturally forms a critical component, since we all have to earn an income, to live.
Secondly, success in life usually doesn’t happen by chance (although it can occur accidentally). Success is more usually as a result of a deliberate attempt to make it happen. So this means that success, whatever way people choose to define it, is invariably targeted and pursued.
In my research audience of 100 world famous successful people, 85% were ambitious or driven self starters when they were young people. For them, success was more about something that was intended. It did not just happen by accident.
Thirdly, life success has been considered in a similar way for three generations. So grandparents, parents and young people have comparable notions when it comes to thinking about success in life. Accordingly, influence by the family, particularly parents, is likely to be a critical aspect, at the heart of developing success in life.
Indeed, 65% of the successful people I studied, benefited from positive family influence when they were young people. This was in the form of their parents acting as role models. It was also through their specific advice.
Now comes the crunch time. Try to define life success for yourself. Obviously, your definition will cover how you make a living. But also, it will need to relate to your whole life, not just the work part of it.
If you want to find out more about Success, then visit Peter Stephenson’s site to find the most effective Career Advice to meet your needs.

Are you a flying aspirant? If you have a passion for flying an aircraft then you need to enroll yourself at a helicopter training school. There you can be equipped with the right skill of flying an aircraft. Once you have finished the course curriculum of the training school successfully then you are eligible to apply for a license necessary to fly. When you acquire the license then the very next moment you can call yourself a helicopter pilot.
Becoming a pilot is not as simple as it sounds. It is far more difficult and complicated to become a helicopter pilot than just completing the course and acquiring the license to fly.
To have a better knowledge of this try to concentrate on this?
Having enough finances are a must before you enroll yourself for a helicopter-training course. This course is just like a long term commitment involving a lot of money (according to a rough estimate it ranges from $20,000 to $45,000). As this is a great amount to shell out therefore it must be pre-planned properly. You cannot afford to miss even a single hour of training. Always make sure that at entering of course that you come out with full training that contains full training hours and you don?t run out of resources. It is very embarrassing to know that you have 20 hours of training left and you ran out of resources.
The medical requirements necessary for flying must be kept in mind well before joining the training or acquisition of license. You should know if you are fit and healthy before joining a helicopter training school. Get a medical certificate from the practicing doctor for your fitness. Before enrolling for a helicopter-training course you have to keep in mind two basic things: First the location of the helicopter training schools. And second the cost of training. Since the cost of relocation is very high that is why you must choose a training school which is not very far away from your place. The cost of training should also be kept in mind. You should not run out of resources in between of the course.
After acquiring a Helicopter license and once you have finished the training you can be called as a helicopter pilot. Depending upon the flying training there are two kinds of helicopter pilot licenses: Private Helicopter License and Commercial License. Their training is not same either. You can think of these two types of licenses as the first having a professional driving license and the other non-professional driving license. Last but not least if you have decided to make flying helicopter as you career it is your experience and skills that will fetch you a handsome salary.
Announcing: The complete private pilot helicopter training 2 DVD system. The #1 certified flight training helicopter program.
