T Harv Eker’s millionaire status marks him out as someone who has overhauled thousands of peoples’ lives. But surely the teachings he reveals in his Millionaire Mind Intensive seminar couldn’t change my life could they? Thankfully I was proved wrong.
I’m glad I went to the seminar because I found out exactly how T Harv Eker thinks, and how he has shown people how to transform their lives. Peak Potentials Training actually does live up to the incredible amount of hype it receives in advance. You’ll be missing a trick if you don’t actually make the effort to go.
“Secrets of the Millionaire Mind”, T Harv Eker’s book on the same subject, gives you a lot of the knowledge you need, but it doesn’t beat attending the seminar. Harv shares everything he knows with enthusiasm and real passion.
Did I learn anything worthwhile? You bet - the Millionaire Mind seminar can and will take your life apart before putting it back together in an altogether more powerful way. I learned your mind is the key to your future!
If you want to stick with what you’re doing, then forget about using T Harv Eker’s teachings. You’d better go prepared because he leaves no stone unturned to get you to the truth of money blueprints and how they work, and that means you’ll be saying goodbye to your current blueprint.
T Harv Eker’s seminar is a two way deal - he does his bit, you do yours and everyone enjoys the experience and the detail he shares with his audience. The interactive nature of it made me work hard to discover why my earnings hadn’t matched up to my ambitions so far. It would be great if he offered to see people on a one to one basis - but the guy wouldn’t have a life if he did, he’s that good.
Peak Potentials Training certainly does work for those people who go with an open mind, so make sure you go with one. The experience of hearing T Harv Eker revealing the reasons why no one in the room was earning what they wanted to be earning was awesome. I don’t think about my income the same way I used to.
All you need to take with you to this Millionaire Mind Intensive seminar is a willingness to listen and to learn. If you can do that you’ll be on the verge of starting to earn as much money as you are capable of - and there’s a big clue to how T Harv Eker will help you during his seminar.
By all means read his book, “Secrets of the Millionaire Mind”. But you cannot afford to miss the seminar. If you thought you knew a lot about money, think again! Even if you are earning a good income now, you can do so much better.
T Harv Eker has single handedly tapped into the money blueprint that we all hold within us. Thanks to him I am now earning more than I have before - but there is still a long way to go as I am still growing into my brand new blueprint! And to think, I could have been stuck with my old limiting blueprint for life - but not any more.

If you start to live green now you will be adding more time to your life because natural food is better for your health. It is also better for the environment. Eating naturally grown food and walking more will definitely improve anyone’s health. There are many more things you can to improve your health and at the same time make the earth a greener place to live.
When you eat the naturally grown food you are giving your body fresh food, you are also keeping pesticides and chemical fertilizers from contaminating the earth. Antibiotics and growth hormones will be eliminated from the environment by eating meat from animals grown without using them. You are also keeping a lot of dangerous things out of your body. Processed foods are stripped of nutrition and are likely to clog your arteries causing heart problem.
Driving can be very stressful and contributes to emissions which are said to aid in the destruction of the ozone. If you drive less you save money and risk being in an accident that could disable you or even end your life. Riding with someone else when possible will save money and pollution as there is one car on the road instead of two. This will also help keep traffic down. Walking or riding a bike is good exercise and ideal for shorter trips, it is also great for the environment.
Instead of tossing everything in the garbage, try tossing it on a compost pile to fertilize your garden in the spring. It will save you money because you won’t have to go to the store and buy organic fertilizer, in fact it may even save you a trip to the store. Throw all the old vegetables and fruit in and any clippings you have from cooking in the pile.
Coffee grounds, egg shells, leaves and grass can all go in the compost pile. Do not put in meat or bones as it will attract insects and takes too long to decompose. Hose down the pile occasionally to keep it from drying out; it won’t break down as well if it is dry.
Making your home more green will also make it more comfortable. Big windows will let in more light, so you can leave your electric lights off longer, fluorescent bulbs and energy efficient appliances will save energy and money too. Turn off the air when you are away, fix those hot water leaks, hang clothes on the line when weather permits. These seem like little things but they will make a big difference in your energy bill.
The little things add up, start recycling your aluminum cans and anything else you can. Not only will you help the earth to be greener, you will get a little cash too. Take your own bags to the store when you shop, you will have less trash and the store may even give you a few cents for doing it. Try to buy things with less plastic packaging if possible. You will help your air to be cleaner to breath by doing these things.
Once you start doing this, you will feel much better about yourself and also see how easy it is to live green. You will probably be surprised at the money you gain too. You can rest easier knowing you are doing your part to keep the earth greener and healthier for future generations as well as right now.

Once known as the capital of pineapple production, Lanai, Hawaii is now 98% by David H. Murdock, earning it the name “Secluded Island”. It is also the sixth largest of the Hawaiian Islands and is the home of two of the world’s most elegant resorts and golf courses. But sports aren’t the only highlight of Lanai; people choose lanai for their weddings and honeymoon as well.
Want to know why people choose Lanai for their wedding? First, wedding requirements in the area are minimal – all you need is a marriage license application, a government issued ID with your photo and approximately $60 in cash and you can already get married! Of course, you need a divorce certificate or death certificate if you’ve been previously married. You don’t even have to make church arrangements just a licensed marriage agent and you’re all set. You can download your application form at If you want a seaside ceremony, the Four Seasons Resort Lanai Manele Bay offers a big ballroom located at the top of the rugged red lave cliff. The Lodge at Koele also offers a tranquil upland setting for those who want to get married outdoors amidst a manicured English garden and the towering Cook pine trees.

Going to Oahu? Well, one helpful information I can give you is to get a 4-day passport at any ABC store so you can get on and off any TheBus buses – this is a lot cheaper than riding a taxi, plus, you can get almost anywhere with those buses! If you are planning to hire a car in Oahu, remember this one thing: never honk your horn. In Hawaii, this is a big no-no and the horn is used only for emergencies.
Lost in Oahu? Never fear to ask. Residents of the island are very friendly and helpful so you can be sure to reach your destination in one piece.
For first time visitors to Oahu, it is best that you schedule more than a week’s vacation because you will surely need more days to explore the whole area. Waikiki is just one area; don’t stay there for too long because there are other places you can explore. The area is also teeming with events and festivals, the largest of which is the Merrie Monarch Festival, held every year to honor the king.
Looking for accommodation? There are about 105 hotels in Oahu, with daily rates ranging from $400 to $800 per day. If you are travelling with a group, you can rent one of the many vacation homes near the town center for added convenience.

Molokai have been dubbed as “the Most Hawaiian Island” and “the Friendly Island” because this is where the “aloha” spirit is found the most. If you are looking for breathtaking natural beauty, rainforests and deserted beaches, then this is the perfect destination.
In Molokai, no building is taller than a palm tree; traffic is almost nil that their government no longer bothered to put up traffic lights. The area is in a rural setting and so peaceful that a visit to Molokai is like stepping 50 years back in time. If you want respite from malls, elevators, neon lights and burger wars, go to Malakai, Hawaii.
Molokai may be rural, but it isn’t a boring place. There are hundreds of things you can do here for little to no cost. Here are some of them:
1. For tourist, a Molokai Mule Ride to the leper colony is a must-do. It’s like smelling the flowers in the park, only this time you’re on horseback. Take this time to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature.
2. Ever tried lei making? At Molokai Plumeria you can handpick the Plumeria blossoms in the orchards. Here, tourists can attend a short lesson on picking the best blossoms and lei making, so you can create leis for yourself and your loved one!
3. A visit to the Kalaupapa National Historical Park is a place with unique geology and history, there is no other place in the world like it. Make sure to visit it when you go to Molokai.
4. Another thing you can do in Molokai is camping. Indulge with the beauty of untouched beauty of nature while you sit by the campfire at night. In Molokai, there are two county campgrounds and two state campgrounds, where you can sleep peacefully.
5. What is a Hawaiian visit without a trip to the beach? While you’re there, go kayaking or perhaps snorkeling. Make sure you choose vacation homes near the beach – this is probably the only way you can enjoy the endless waters to the fullest!

Maui, Hawaii is like one fantastic beach. Unsurpassed for swimming, skin diving, surfing and beach combing, Maui is still the top choice for people who are fascinated with the beauty of the sea. In Maui, the sea may look calm, but it can be treacherous, especially to those who are careless.
The Kapalua beach is considered as one of the safest areas for swimming. Its waters are calm, and the shoreline has a scattering of coral reefs and rocky peninsulas. When in season, whales can be spotted from the beach and is one of the main attractions in Maui.
The Napili Bay Beach is a favorite among sun bathers with its palm fringed beach of white sand. During summer, the area is a perfect site for snorkeling and swimming and is a favorite among surfers during the winter months. The view of Molokai is magnificent all year round.
Right off the 16th hole of the Kapalua Golf Club is D.T. Fleming Beach Park. This is a great area for sunbathing but inexperienced swimmers should not venture out to the sea as the current can be strong but lifeguards are posted at the beach during the day.
Expert windsurfers love Maalaea Beach, courtesy of the natural wind tunnel’s powerful “freight train rights”. Non-experts best not surf here because the winds are pretty strong and taking control of your sails can be difficult.
A travel to Maui is best experienced with a group. As such, you best reserve one of the many vacation homes in the area.

Numerous scientific research teams around the world have established that adult stem cells, the body’s master cells, are the natural renewal and regeneration system of your body. As we age, our adult stem cells tend to adhere to our bone marrow in increasing numbers, instead of beneficially circulating in our blood stream. With the aging process, this gradual decrease in the number of stem cells circulating in the blood stream can leave your body more susceptible to age-related health challenges. One of the most important predictors of good health is the number of adult stem cells circulating in the blood stream.
When circulating stem cells find the heart in reduced health, they exit the blood stream, migrate in the heart, multiply and actually become brand new heart muscle cells, analogous to the original cells that created the heart. The same happens with the liver, kidneys, the brain, our skin, eyes, muscles, bones and to connective tissue or any part of the body that is in need of restoration.
According to the National Institute of Health, stem cells have the remarkable potential todevelop into many different celltypes in the body. They can theoretically divide without limit to replenish other cells as long as the person is still alive. When the stem cell divides, each new cell has the potential to either remain a stem cell in the bone marrow or become another type of cell with a more specialized functionsuch as: a muscle cell, a red blood cell, or a brain cell.
StemEnhance® - a natural botanical extract, is a breakthrough PATENTED product that supports the release of your own adult stem cells from your bone marrow into your bloodstream. The resulting increase in the number of circulating adult stem cells - up to 30% - can greatly assist your body’s natural ability to maintain youthfulness, vitality and optimal health!
How does it work?
When you take 2 capsules, the ingredients help support the release of stem cells from the bone marrow into the bloodstream. Through a natural process, those stem cells then travel to areas of the body where they are most needed. According to research, 1 gram of StemEnhance® equals 2 capsules, which triggers a 25-30% increase inthe number of circulating stem cells ( 3-4 million additional stem cells )
StemFlo™ delivers a triple defense response to supporting your body’s ability to actually renew itself. Comprised of a proprietary blend of all natural herbs and special nutrients, StemFlo™ helps support optimal blood flow by providing the following:
Digest Fibrin – StemFlow™ contains proteolytic enzymes that help digest fibrin and minimize the affect of fibrin buildup thereby ensuring optimal blood flow in smaller blood vessels and capillaries.
Reduces Oxidative Stress – StemFlo™ contain some of the most powerful antioxidant ingredients available today. By helping to lower oxidative stress, StemFlo™ helps keep oxidative damage and fibrin production in check.
Helps Detoxify the Body – StemFlo™ contains ingredients which have been shown to assist in the elimination of toxins from the body.
The result is a lowering of oxidative stress in the vascular system and an optimization of blood fluidity. By helping to keep the highways and byways of our circulatory system free and clear, StemFlo™ supports the smooth “trafficking” of stem cells everywhere in the body.
What are Athletes Saying about StemEnhance
Nolan Shaheed
California
You may have seen or heard Nolan Shaheed playing the trumpet with greats like Marvin Gaye, but you may not know that he is also a recordholding runner who lovesStemEnhance. These days when he is not playing in a nightclub or working in the studio laying down musical tracks, Nolan is out on the running track, training for his next competition. He currently holds the World Indoor Record in the 800m,1500m and mile in both the Men’s 55+ and Men’s 50+ age groups. In 2007 he was named Male MastersAthlete of the Year.
“I train everyday,” Nolan says, explaining, “I do about twelve miles a day of 200m repeats and mile repeats, so it’s pretty intense.” He has used StemEnhance over the last two years, but became even more dedicated to the product about eight months ago. “I had a very hard competition coming up in the National Championships,” he says, “and I usually don’t do well in those races, so I made sure to take StemEnhance.” During the big race, he says, “I ran FAST, faster than ever, and I said tomyself, ‘What did I do different? It must be the StemEnhance!”
But the story doesn’t end there…
At the World Championships, Nolan took two Golds and a Silver– winning his second race only an hour after setting a record in the 3000m. Nolan was amazed: “I shouldn’t have been able to do a double like that,” he says, adding, “It must be the StemEnhance. It’s given me the edge… again!”
Jan & Frank Condon
California
You may remember seeing Jan and Frank’s profile in the first issueof HealthSpan (June, 2006), when we introduced this outstanding couple of Masters and Senior Class athletes. Two years later, Frank has added some very significant record performances in Track and Field to his already-impressive list of records. “Last year,” he says, “I shattered the U. S. Outdoor record in the mile, beating the old time by ten seconds. That old record had stood for 37 years!” Frank wins and breaks records regularly in the Masters and Senior Track competitions here and abroad, competing in both indoor and outdoor events.
This year he says he plans to “rewrite the record in the mile, go for the indoor 800m record, and cut the time in the 4×400m relay,” noting that he and his three teammates already hold the World Record for the relay, “but we can do better.”
Jan’s work as an occupational therapist with home health care patients no longer leaves her time for competitions, but she still maintains an athletic regimen. “I do ashtanga yoga three to four days a week, and I do hatha yoga with a group,” she says, adding,”I also run two or more miles three to four times a week.” Jan says that she never considered herself a World Class athlete, “but I was a good, solid competitor in the 200m and 400m runs.”
Once she has more time for training, she plans to get back into racing. “When I retire, I’ll pick it up again,” she says. Both Frank and Jan are sold on StemEnhance as an indispensable part of any athletic regimen. Frank says, “Since StemEnhance, my recovery time during training has been cut in half… and I hear the same thing from all of the competitors on the Senior circuit who are taking StemEnhance. They wouldn’t train without it!”
Jim & Kathy Wetenhall
Ohio
A firefighter and paramedic, Jim Wetenhall has a demanding physical job. That would be enough for some people, but Jim also competes locally and nationally in the weight events of Track and Field, specializing in throwing the hammer and discus, and also competing in the Weight Pentathlon that includes five weight events. He currently holds the World Record in the hammer throw and U.S. Records in several weight events.
At 54, Jim says that he still gets sore after hard training workouts and competitions, but “my recovery is good. I really like StemEnhance, and I wouldn’t consider not taking it.” He admits that he is more tired after workouts as he ages, but has no plans to stop training. He says, “I’ll be working out all my life, so I know I will always take StemEnhance.”
Kathy Wetenhall is also acompetitor in weight events, holding the U.S. Record in the bench press for her age/weight group. Kathy was the first Wetenhall to notice a dramatic improvement in her training with StemEnhance: She says, “After less than six weeks, I felt so much better after workouts. StemEnhance allows me to build up my body’s endurance and lets me recover quickly. It’s a great product!”
Kristin Asadourian
Massachusetts
It is quite a challenge to train for and participate in two prestigious marathons in one year, but that is the course Kristin set for herself two years ago. When she told her brother-in-law Mark Parsekian that she was experiencing swelling in her knees after practice runs, Mark drew on his own experience as a runner and suggested she try StemEnhance. “I lived for over two years with chronic discomfort after exercising,” Mark told Kristin, “but with StemEnhance, I’m back running again.”
Taking Mark’s advice, Kristin added StemEnhance to her daily training regimen. “After about a month, I could tell that it was working,” she says. “I could train longer and longer without the discomfort I had been experiencing before StemEnhance.” Kristin went on to run in both the Boston and the New York Marathons that year and the next, and she has run in marathons in Long Beach, Los Angeles and Vancouver, as well… all with no recurrence of the knee discomfort she endured while training before StemEnhance. “I would say that StemEnhance is indispensable to a runner,” she says. “I would not train without it!”
Kathleen Jager
Arizona
Since we introduced Kathy to you in the Winter 2006-7 issue of HealthSpan, this “Geezer Jock” has continued her amazing athletic accomplishments. Since she was 50, Kathy has been a multi-event competitor in Masters Track, doing all the throwing events, jumping events and short distance running. For three years, she held the World Indoor Record in the 60m dash. She is also a nurse, so when Frank Condon first introduced her to StemEnhance, she was skeptical.
She says, “I wondered :How good could this little green capsule be?” But she figured it could not hurt, so she tried StemEnhance. Within a short time ,”I was amazed at its effectiveness,” Kathy says. “My energy level was way up,so I could train longer with less fatigue.” These days she trains three to four days a week alongside young athletes at a junior college, and she also plays soccer on a multi-age team.
Since StemEnhance ,Kathy says, “On the soccer field, I’m fast. If you’re faster, they can’t catch you.” Recently , Kathy outdid even her own expectations in the pole vault, which is not an easy event at any age, when she improved her personal best with a jump of eight feet, six inches! She explains, “Getting older doesn’t mean we can’t set our sights on Getting better. With the help of StemEnhance, I dream big dreams.”
Kathy emphasizes that training “takes a lot out of you” at any age, but StemEnhance seems to help her maintain her rigorous training regimen with greater success and shorter recovery time. “If you can train more without beating yourself up,” she says, “you get better!”
Dr. Donna Antarr
My husband George and I started participating in the sport of triathlon and running events in 2003. Since then I have competed in thirteen triathlons and numerous running events, and I can tell you this: Since I have been taking StemEnhance during this last year, my ability to compete in these demanding sports has improved dramatically. With StemEnhance I have been able to win a medal in some of these events in my age group. That is something that was never going to happen before StemEnhance. I am one of many who have discovered and will discover this truth: StemEnhance does make a big difference in athletic performance.

The study of human anatomy and physiology has grown over the yrs with better progresses in research and IT. The regular individual just seems to slide on, receiving whatever new medical progression, when and as needed. For instance, you have only learnt that you have high blood pressure. Not a big issue if it’s controlled.
You leave the Physicians office with a prescription and get about your life. What would take place though, if that blood pressure medicinal drug was not available, or worse ,if there have not been any technology, to even ensure what your blood pressure was at. We all recognize that high blood pressure ,if remained untreated can lead to a stroke, and even death. This is merely one example. Lets have a look at several of the other leading advancements in the survey of anatomy and physiology and visualize what hazards it protected us from and what benefits we receive from it today.
How would you feel if you went into your Doc’s clinic and as he was examining you he pushed his ear up against your chest? No doubt you would be dishonored, and the Doc probably would face sexual charges. Well you can thank the invention of the stethoscope for rescuing you from that uncomfortable situation. The method I just pictured to you, was at 1 time the only way a physician could hear to a patient’s heart.
To say the least it wasnt the most effective method ,but it was better than nothing. The difficulty with this method was in people who were plump. The beating heart could not be noticed through the layers of fat. It was this exact problem that led a very innovative Doc by the name of Dr. Laennec, to the discovery of the stethoscope. Of course it has been developed over the yrs but still it is 1 of the most dependable diagnostic tools available nowadays. If it were not for this instrument, the many hearts arrhythmias that individuals suffer from would go forgotten. All the credit goes to the study of the human anatomy and physiology.
As we earlier noted, being able to acknowledge what a person’s blood pressure is, can imply saving their life. When you go into your Doc, and he puts that cuff just about your arm that fills with pressure, where you think you arm is getting to slip, is addressed a Sphygmomanometer, unremarkably recognise as a blood pressure monitor. What blood pressure is, is only the power that the blood exerts on the blood vessel walls. Once Again the reliable stethoscope proved to be a life saving instrument, when Dr. Korotkoff built a technique for listening to the sounds of the blood flow of the artery, with the help of the stethoscope. It led to a direction of becoming an extremely correct method of measuring the blood pressure.
The next time you pay a visit to your family doc for your annual medical checkup, take some time to observe all the tools he will use during his examination of you. Then think about what would be the outcomes if something were wrong in the area where he was examining you, and it couldnt be detected. When I carried out this little exercise at my yearly medical checkup I realized just how fortunate I was, and that hr wait to see the doctor didnt seem to be such a trouble after all. In addition I had a completely new respect for the study of human anatomy and physiology.

The Telus reverse phone directory allows you the convenience of tracking down callers simply by entering the telephone number on the box provided for.
The Telus reverse phone directory is one of the more recent discoveries in communications technology, and it is already gathering quite a following. Businessmen, internet gurus, other big companies, banks, and financial institutions have come to realize the importance of this advanced technological tool — to their business, and even to their personal needs.
Being practically new in the global scene, Telus reverse phone directory may sound overwhelming to quite a lot of people. Thus it may be necessary to point out some details on how to use this advanced technological tool in a way that it can work towards your advantage.
Basically, the Telus reverse phone directory works in a couple of ways. This means that you can inquire about the number of the person you want to call by giving the necessary info, such as the name and address of that certain person. At the same time, you can also locate the name and address of the person calling you by giving the phone number details. For many people, this second option can prove advantageous, especially in spotting criminals.
You have to understand, though, that Telus reverse phone directory services usually come with a price. $18 to $20 is the standard payment of each inquiry. That may sound much, but if you consider the wealth of information you can gather, the amount is very reasonable.
If you search for such providers on the internet, you will discover that there are quite a lot of them. Then again, keep in mind that not everyone of them is legitimate. Always do some research first to find out if that certain provider is dependable and can be trusted, and there are several ways by which you can do this. For example, you can read and verify testimonies of customers. You can also ask your friends for advice. Remember that the internet, while being a place where opportunities thrive, is also prone to internet scammers. So always take the necessary precautions.
Other providers are claiming of offering free reverse phone directories. However, if you try to look them up, you will find that they are not free at all. If you take a look at it, some companies have spent so much to develop reverse phone directories, so it seems rather logical why they cannot offer their services at practically no cost to you.
Using the Telus reverse phone directory, the world definitely becomes a lot smaller.
